Shute Harbour Marine Terminal
Shute Harbour, near Airlie Beach, is a port facility for the transfer of visitors to the Whitsunday Islands and resort destinations. The port is one of the busiest small vessel facilities in Australia, and is also a base for bareboat and charter yacht activity, a selection of day tours, as well as daily scheduled ferries and water taxi services are offered by commercial operators. A public boat ramp is available, with limited trailer parking, for launching of small private vessels.
