Tourism & Events Queensland and Tourism Whitsundays work jointly with the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW), a data warehouse that collects and distributes data to other tourism websites – including our major tourism portal, Tourism Whitsundays. To have your product information appear on www.tourismwhitsundays.com.au, tourism operators can register to list their profiles and products on the ATDW database.
WHAT IS ATDW?
The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) is Australia’s primary resource for tourism businesses to get their information online. It is a centralised national database that distributes information on your tourism business into a network of over 200 websites, including Tourism Whitsundays, Tourism & Events Queensland, and Tourism Australia’s consumer websites: tourismwhitsundays.com.au, queensland.com.au, and australia.com.
Product categories stored within the ATDW system include accommodation, attractions, restaurants, tours, hire, transport, and events. There is no cost to list an event in the ATDW.
